Follow this step-by-step guide to create booking links for different types of meetings in Flozy, whether it’s for a demo call, webinar, internal team meeting, or an in-person meeting.

Step 1: Go to the Bookings Section
• Navigate to the Bookings section from the Flozy dashboard to start creating a new event.
Step 2: Create a New Event
1. Click the Plus Button in the top-right corner of the Bookings section.
2. Select Event Type: Choose One-on-One or another type of meeting.
3. Set the Event Name and Description:
• Name your event (e.g., “Intro Call”).
• Add a description to provide more details about the event.
Step 3: Add Host Details
1. Upload Your Profile Picture.
2. Enter Your Name, Title, and any other relevant information.
Step 4: Configure Appointment Settings
1. Set the Meeting Duration: Choose between 15, 30, or 60 minutes, or enter your preferred duration.
2. Select Meeting Type: Choose whether it will be:
• A web conference (e.g., Google Meet).
• A phone call.
• An in-person meeting.
3. Sync Your Google Calendar to ensure accurate scheduling.
Step 5: Set Your Availability
1. Select the Days and Times You’re Available:
• Example: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
2. Set Your Time Zone: Flozy automatically adjusts the times for invitees in different time zones.
• For example, if you’re in Eastern Europe and sending to someone in Australia, the times will display correctly for them.
Step 6: Adjust Event Settings
1. Buffer Time: Add buffer time before or after meetings to avoid running late.
2. Minimum Notice: Set a minimum scheduling notice (e.g., 24 hours for preparation).
3. Daily Limit: Limit the number of events per day (e.g., max 3 sales calls).
4. Time Intervals:
• Example: If available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, set 15-minute intervals (9:00, 9:15, 9:30, etc.) or 30-minute intervals (9:00, 9:30, 10:00, etc.).
5. Advanced Booking Limit: Limit how far in advance invitees can book (e.g., no more than 3 days ahead to reduce no-shows).
Step 7: Set Notifications and Reminders
1. Confirmation Emails:
• Customize the text for confirmation emails after booking.
• Include options for cancellations and rescheduling.
2. Reminder Emails:
• Example: Send reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before the event.
3. Follow-Up Emails:
• Optionally send a follow-up email after the call has been completed.
Step 8: Save and Share Your Booking Link
1. Once you’re satisfied with the setup, click Save.
2. Copy the Booking Link and send it to your invitees.
Step 9: Manage Scheduled Events
• In the Scheduled Events section, view and manage your upcoming meetings.
• Update the status of events as:
• Call Confirmed
• Call Done
• No-Show
