To change the way your tasks are displayed in the Task Hub, follow these steps:
1. Open the Task Hub:
• Navigate to the Task Hub from your dashboard.
2. Access the Grouping Icon:
• In the top-right corner, look for the Grouping icon.
• It looks like two arrows, one pointing up and one pointing down.
3. Select Your Preferred Grouping:
• Click on the Grouping icon, and a list of grouping options will appear.
4. Choose How to Group Your Tasks:
• By default, tasks are grouped by creation date.
• You can change this to:
• Flows: Group tasks by specific flows.
• Due Date: Organize tasks based on when they are due.
• Priority: Group tasks by priority level (High, Medium, Low).
• Assignee: See tasks grouped by the person responsible for them.
This feature makes it easy to customize your task view. For example, grouping by priority ensures you can focus on high-priority tasks first, while grouping by assignee gives you a clear view of each team member’s tasks at a glance.
