How can I mute my Chat notifications for a Flow?

In this tutorial, we will learn how you can manage your Chat notifications for a given Flow. You can mute your notifications for a Flow in a few simple steps.


  1. Select the Chat hub from your Flozy dashboard.

  1. Under Chat, select the Flows section. Then, select the Flow that you would like to mute Chat notifications for.

  1. Select the menu icon for your chat.

  1. Click Group Info

  1. In the Info panel, select Mute Notification

  1. Finally, confirm that you would like to mute your notifications for your Flow.
