You can highlight important messages by adding a star to them in a simple steps.

1. First, navigate to your chat window. Chat windows exist in many places across the Flozy platform, but the interface for each chat is the same.

2. Hover your mouse over the message that you want to star.

3. Click on the three dots that appear next to the message and select Star Message.

Please note that you can also view messages that you have starred. Simply follow these steps.
