You can create a new direct message in Flozy in just a few simple steps.

1. First, select the Chat tab of your Flozy dashboard.

2. From the Chat tab, click the Direct tab.

3. Enter the name of the contact that you would like to chat with into the search bar. Select their name from the drop down menu and begin your conversation!
