How do I pause/cancel my Flozy account?

You can cancel/pause your Flozy account in a few simple steps. (Only available from the website)


1. Click the setting icon and select My Bills


2. Select Cancel Plan and then select the button titled No, I want to cancel


Your account is now paused and your account data is saved. You can reactivate your account at any time. Note that you payment date will remain the same when you plan is reactivated. If you would like to cancel your plan and permanently delete all of your data, please contact https://help.flozy.com
